Reservations may be cancelled at no charge until 02:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of later cancellation or no show the hotel will charge 80 % of the total amount. Should your arrival be later than 02:00 p.m., reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date.
During trade shows and the 2006 FIFA World Cup: reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number and expiry date. Cancellation will be free of charge until 42 days prior to arrival. Cancellation until 7 days prior the Hotel will charge 60 % of the total amount. In case of later cancellation, no show or earlier departure the hotel will charge 80 % of the total amount.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
