Cancellations and alterations may be made free of charge until 6 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival date. In case of later cancellations and alterations, or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge 80% of the total booking sum to your credit card. In case of early departure or late arrival the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not taken.

Arrival from Frankfurt International Airport by public transport:
Take the S8 or S9 S-Bahn to Frankfurt Central station (Hauptbahnhof). Take the South Exit and go right onto Mannheimer Stra?. Go straight ahead till you cross the bridge and you will see the sign of our house on the left-hand side (a 5 minute walk).
